What are my delivery options?
Large Letters Within the UK:
Free standard shipping with Royal Mail 2nd Class for all orders over £15. For orders under £15, shipping is charged at £1.50.
Small Parcels Within the UK:
Free standard shipping with Royal Mail 2nd Class for all orders over £15. For orders under £15, shipping is charged at £3.49.
Do you ship outside the UK? Yes we do. Make your choice from our products and at checkout select your desired delivery location from the shipping section. Shipping prices are displayed at checkout.
Do I have to pay any additional charges if I live outside the UK?
It’s the responsibility of the customer to cover any additional charges that are added due to shipment outside the UK, for example possible customs fees. minaym will not cover these charges so it’s advisable to check on these costs before submitting your order.
How long will it take for me to receive my minaym order?
Your order should be with you in:
- 7 working days UK*
- 14 working days for Europe*
- 21 working days for the rest of the world*
Please note that at certain busy times of year delivery may take longer. In this case you must allow 6 – 10 days for processing plus additional time for delivery.
*Please note Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 21 days to deliver.
How will I know when my product has been dispatched?
We will email you as soon as your product is ready for dispatch, confirming details of your purchase and delivery method.
