Yes! We are passionate about protecting the environment. Once you have finished with your PKS products you can send them back to us and we will ensure they are recycled properly.
No, unfortunately we cannot mark our products with emojis or emoticons.
Yes you can, all the packaging has been specially created using card to ensure recycling is easy.
Yes, all our products can go in a steriliser.
It’s the responsibility of the customer to cover any additional charges that are added due to shipment outside the UK, for example possible customs fees. PKS will not cover these charges so it’s advisable to check on these costs before submitting your order.
You do not have to set up an account to place an order. You may checkout as a guest. However we do recommend that you set up an account as this will make checkout a lot quicker if you want to order again, plus you will then be able to see your order history and status.
We deliver to Northern Ireland under the same pricing and terms and conditions as UK mainland. However, delivery services may take slightly longer.
We accept all major credit and debit cars with the exception of American Express. We also take payment via PayPal. We do not, however, accept cash, cheque or postal order. Orders are processed once payment by an accepted method has been received.

Your order should be with you within the following timelines.
- 5-7 working days for the UK.
- 14 Days for Mainland Europe.
- 21 days for the rest of the world.

We pride ourselves on making non-toxic products that are BPA, phthalate and lead free to make them as safe for your child as possible. For further information please see our blog.
We do recommend adult supervision whilst using the products as they are not toys, even though they look like fun!
Unfortunately if an item is personalised it cannot be returned unless it is faulty – please see our ‘returns’ policy for more details. We do our best to make sure that our product examples on the site are as realistic as possible and to ensure that our product description contains everything you need to know before you submit your order. We ask you to double check all personalisation before ordering.
To find out where an overdue order is as quickly as possible, use the “Contact Us” button and make sure you select “non-receipt of product” category. This will ensure it gets our immediate attention. Tracking information on your order may only be available if this has been offered as a standard shipping configuration or you have specifically requested this.
Sometimes the marking process will leave a white residue on the new product but this is easily removed by rubbing with a soft cloth. We recommend in any case that products are washed before initial use and this will also remove any residue.
